KCR Government Committed For Fishermen Welfare: Talasani
Hyderabad, Nov.16 (Maxim News): Animal Husbandry Minister Srinivas Yadav and BC Welfare Minister G Kamalakar today dropped fish seedlings into Lower Manner Dam (LMD) in old Karim Nagar district. On the occasion, Srinivas Yadav said that the TRS Government has so far released 61 cr fish on subsidy into lakes, ponds and water bodies in the state. The aim of the fish program is to improve financial condition of fishermen. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is committed to revive professional communities in the state he said. He expressed happiness that Kaleshwaram project filled LMD with waters to push farming.
The minister also claimed that the government has released 21 cr fish seeds earlier and continuing the scheme for fishermen benefit. Also the farmers will get subsidy milching animals in a big way. Under the scheme in Karimnagar mopeds and vehicles worth Rs 30 cr with 75 percent subsidy being offered.
The KCR Government is for providing necessary support to lower classes and communities to make a better living. (Maxim News)
