KCR Sarkar Eyed On The Lands: Auction Of Shabad Lands Is On

Hyderabad, Aug 8 (Maxim News): The Chief Minister, K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s sarkar has kept an eye on the lands of the state, selling lands in succession.  Sales of lands in the vicinity of Hyderabad have been undertaken successively.  After Kokapeta, Mokila till yesterday, now started an auction for the Shabad lands today.  

There is a lot of criticism that HMDA has become like a real estate company.  The auction for the Shabad lands continues today.  Telangana government has auctioned hundreds of acres in the past. Mokila lands auction in Ranga Reddy district by the state for Rs. 121 crores, 50 plots were auctioned by HMDA and 48 plots were sold.  HMDA has estimated Rs. 39.50 crores will come from the sale of plots, but, more than that it is home Rs. 121.40 crores has been received.  HMDA has developed a total of 165 acres in Mokila village, which is 2 km near Serilingampalli, Narsingi, and conducted auctions.

On Thursday, August 10, the land in Budvel will be auctioned by HMDA, Rs. 3,300 crores income was received from the Kokapet land auction.  the opposition is furious with the state government because of the successive land sales in the state.  (Maxim News)
