KCR Taking Away People’s Constitutional Rights: Bhatti
Hyderabad, Nov.26 (Maxim News): CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Tuesday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was taking away all constitutional rights of the people of the State. He also alleged that KCR had made a mockery of Indian Constitution by allowing 12 Congress MLAs into ruling TRS party fold.
Speaking to mediapersons, Vikramarka made it clear that the 12 Congress MLAs, who had crossed the fence and joined the ruling TRS party had never held their meeting and announced that they were merging the party with the ruling TRS party. He made it clear that the rebel Congress party MLAs had announced that they were joining the TRS party on different dates and asked the Chief Minister as to how he would call it to a proper merger .
He alleged that the Chief Minister was misleading the Assembly by stating that the CLP had merged itself with their party. He said they had lodged a complaint with the Speaker requesting him to take action against all the Congress MLAs, who have announced of joining the TRS party initially. He said the issue of merger would not have come to fore if the Speaker had taken action against the Congress MLAs as per the 10th schedule of the Indian Constitution.
Commenting on the RTC strike he expressed his shock over the comments made by the in charge managing director of the corporation Sunil Sharma. He wondered as to how the managing director spoke on the issue of the strike. He made it clear that the right to speak on the issue of the strike was lied with either the chief minister of the state or the transport minister of the state. He alleged that the IAS officers of the state were making statements by crossing their limits.
He alleged that the chief minister was trying to run the state with the help of some IAS and IPS officers. Vikramarka made it clear that they would carry out People’s a protest programmes to expose the state government in the public court. The party MLC T Jeevan Reddy said that the High Court of the state had also never termed the strike as illegal.
He alleged that the RTC managing director had Crossed his limits by announcing that he would not allow the RTC workers to resume their duties. He alleged that the strike had become a big issue due to the failure of the CM. He made it clear that the corporation was incurring a loss of Rs.720 crore by the increase in the rates of diesel. He also said that the corporation was being burdened with the subsidy amount of Rs.500 crore as well. He demanded the state government to bear the losses being incurred by the corporation and allow the workers to resume their duties . (Maxim News)
