Hyderabad, Sept.2 (Maxim News): Union Deputy Home Minister G Kishan Reddy today said that the Centre will release adequate Urea stocks to Telangana State. He called on Union Fertilisers Minister Sadananda Gouda in Delhi on urea requirements for Telangana.
Kishan Reddy submitted a memorandum to Gouda and sought for disbursal of the urea sticks. Fertilizer ministry officials I fired that Telangana Government has urged fir 10 lakh metric tons of urea. We have adequate stocks of urea and release them on time they informed during the meeting. The minister has said that Telangana received better rains n d farmers seeking more urea for crops.
Sadananda Gouda has said that they will release the urea without any delay. We have asked the officials to speed up release and distribution process he said. The centre has taken all steps for urea sticks release to Telangana, Kishan Reddy added. (Maxim News)
