Hyderabad, July 23 (Maxim News): Union minister for tourism and culture G. Kishan Reddy today wrote an open letter to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and asked him to allot a suitable piece of land for the establishment of a 100-bedded ESIC hospital at Ramagundam. He told the CM that the land allotted by the state government earlier was not suitable for the construction of the hospital. He also sent the opinions of experts about the allotted land by the state government along with his letter.
Reddy wrote a similar to the state government earlier. Responding to the letter, the state government allotted five acres of land for the hospital. The officials of the ESIC and experts surveyed the allotted land and found that the land was used as a municipality dump yard in the past. The experts also said that the land has two graveyards abutting it and added that it also did not have a proper road. The union minister told the CM that the allotted land was very far from the local bus stand and railway station. He urged the CM to allot an alternative land at the Earliest and extend his cooperation for the construction of the hospital. (Maxim News)
