Kodanda Reddy Demands Govt To Help Small Marginal Farmers

Hyderabad, April 2 (Maxim News): All India Kisan Congress Vice President Kodanda Reddy requested state government to come to rescue of small and marginal farmers of State. He said that the ongoing lockdown had caused a huge amount of damage to the small and marginal farmers and added that the farmers were not able to bring their produce like vegetables, flowers and fruits to market.

He said that the farmers were leaving their produce in their fields as they have no option to sell them and added that the farmers were incurring huge losses as a result. He demanded the government to give identity cards to all the farmers besides asking the police to allow farmers to sell their produce at Rythu bazar and residential colonies. (Maxim News)
