KTR Files Lunch Motion Petition in Telangana High Court

KTR | Hyderabad, January 8: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party working president and former minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has filed a lunch motion petition in the Telangana High Court.

The court has agreed to hear his petition, which seeks permission to have his lawyer present during the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) investigation in Formula E Race Case.

KTR approached the High Court after the ACB issued him notices to appear for questioning on January 9th (Thursday).

Earlier, KTR was summoned by the ACB for questioning on January 6th. However, he visited the ACB office but left shortly after, citing the absence of his lawyer as the reason he couldn’t participate in the investigation.

Following this, the ACB issued a fresh notice on the same day, requiring him to appear for the investigation on January 9th.
