KTR Flies Kites To Mark Sankranti

Hyderabad, Jan.14 (Maxim News): Sankranti festival was today celebrated at Telangana Bhavan here. Sankranti, the festival of harvest, kites, Rangoli and sweets was celebrated here amid pleasure and gaiety.

TRS working president and IT Minister KT Rama Rao participated in the festivities by flying kites at the building. The ruling party building was tastefully decorated with wide ranging kites and colours of Rangoli or Muggulu on the premises. KTR extended Pongal greetings to the gathering in the Telangana Bhavan.

To mark the festival, the TRS leaders, including Mayor Bonthu Rammohan and others joined KTR in the festivities. State farmers coordination panel chief Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, MLAs, MLCs, Gopinath, Rajamallu, Navin Rao and others were present.(Maxim News)
