Kulsumpura CI Suspended For Changing Names Of Accused In Case

Hyderabad, Dec 8 (Maxim News): Kulsumpura Police Station CI Sunil has been suspended.  CP Sajjanar suspended CI Sunil after allegations surfaced that he had changed the names of the accused in a case to favour them.  Action was taken against Sunil after an internal investigation revealed that he had taken money from the accused and changed their names.

On November 1, 2025, the city’s Tappachabutra Ci B.Abhilash was suspended by higher authorities.  While the police were patrolling in the Ganga Bowli azrea, some people were sitting on the side of the road.  When the constables saw them, they asked them to leave, but they did not listen.  Moreover, the people abused the constables.  The constables who went to the station told CI Abhilash about the matter, but no action was taken.  Later, they complained to the higher authorities and an inquiry was conducted.  When it was found to be true, the CP was suspended.  (Maxim News)
