Left Parties Furious About The Behavior Of KCR: Hope Of The Alliance Ended
Hyderabad, Aug 21 (Maxim News): The leaders of the Left Parties are furious about the behavior of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the hope of having an alliance with the KCR party (BRS) for the coming Assembly elections has ended, as KCR had already announced the candidates of his party without consulting the Left Parties.
It may be recalled that in the bye-elections held in Munugode, the KCR party formed an alliance with the left parties and won that seat. The Left parties thought that the same alliance would continue in the general elections as well. But CM KCR released the list of candidates on Monday afternoon without paying any attention to that. This incident angered the Left. KCR’s behavior is severely criticized. Kunamneni Sambashiva Rao, Secretary of the party, said that the CIP state committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, it has been revealed that future activities will be discussed.
3 SEATS TO MINORITIES AND 24 TO BCs IN BRS LIST
In the candidates’ list released by the Chief Minister KCR today, the number of seats given to the Minorities is only 3 and while the BCs population which is more than 52 percent got only 24 seats in the total 119 Assembly seats.
The majority of the seats have been given to Reddy’s 40, Velama 12, Vaishya-1, Brahmin-2, Kamma-4 and SC and ST according to their reservation 29. (Maxim News)
