Let’s Fight Jointly For President Rule In Telangana: Sharmila Writes To All Opposition Leaders

Hyderabad, Mar 2 (Maxim News): YSRTP Chief Y.S. Sharmila has written letters to the opposition parties asking them to fight jointly for President Rule in Telangana.

She called on all parties asking them that they will go to Delhi to meet the President. She said that there is an alarming and dangerous situation in Telangana, cases, arrests, and stone pelting are being made against the opposition who are questioning. She said that the society of Telangana is in fear, and the time has come to put an end to the antics of the ruling BRS party. The opposition parties have to step forward together. She criticized the failures of the KCR government in Telangana for worsening the financial condition of the state, she said that the people are witnessing corruption in a way that has never been seen in history, in the name of projects.

She complained that cases are being filed against the opposition who are fighting for the solution to public problems. It is said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s government is pushing the police with monstrosity, putting pressure, applying more third degrees, and putting them in hospitals. She said Telangana which was achieved through the struggle with the Swarashtra movement, has been created where it has become impossible to open the mouth today. She said that the people are being harassed without giving permission for democratic protests and agitations.

She expressed anger that people are being prevented from doing protests, she said that the BRS leaders attacked those who do padayatra with authoritarianism. She said that democracy in the state has now become a big question. The government itself is making goondas in the name of party workers and instigating attacks on opposition programs to kill those who point out the wrongdoing of the BRS government. In the dictatorial rule of KCR, the freedom of expression provided by the constitution has also been captured.

In a letter, Sharmila said that there is a need to en masse condemn the policies which are being done for nothing, fraternity, harmony, and unity among the people which is natural in Telangana. It is said that a youth leader was seriously injured after raising voice and protesting against the policies of the government. She said that the KCR government has warned the Telangana community that anyone who speaks against them will face the same situation.

She said that for the past two years as a woman, they have tried to stop her from moving forward for the people without counting the words, taunts, and warnings. She said that the atrocity of towing her who was the President of a party while she was in the car did not happen even during the Andhra rulers. She said that even if she raised her voice against corruption, she was being harassed by filing cases with unrelated sections.

In the letters to Bandi Sanjay of BJP, Revanth Reddy of Congress, Prof. Kodandaram of TJS, Jyaneshwar of TDP, RS Praveen Kumar of BSP, Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM, Tammineni Veerabhadram of CPI (M) and Koonanneni Sambhasiva Rao of CPI and others, She said that it is the responsibility of the opposition parties in Telangana to provide the sacrifices of the martyrs to the future generations. She said that in view of the special situation in Telangana, there is a need to impose President’s rule in the state. The fight of the opposition should become the final song of the dictator KCR’s rule. She said that the historic need to dismiss this government has already been reported to the Governor of Telangana. She said that a situation has been created in Delhi with the President to convey the need to dismiss the KCR government. said in a letter to the opposition. (Maxim News)
