Telangana Govt Moved To SC Against Governor For Approving Pending Bills

Hyderabad, Mar. 2 (Maxim News): The Chief Secretary Shanta Kumari on behalf of the State government led by Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao has filed the writ petition in the Supreme Court against the Telangana Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundara Rajan asking the supreme court to order the Governor to approve the pending 10 Bills.

The Chief Secretary has made the Governor the respondent in this writ petition, however, the Supreme Court may take up a hearing on this Writ petition by tomorrow (Friday). (Maxim News)
