Lodge Keys No. 297, Freemasonry’s Primary Unit, Organised Two CPR Programs
Hyderabad:Lodge Keys No. 297, the city’s primary unit of Freemasonry, organised two CPR training programs on August 16 and 17, in collaboration with GVK Green Health Services (formerly GVK EMRI) at Goshamahal Baradari Masonic Building in Goshamahal in the city. 84 citizens were tried in two batches, one each on Saturday and Sunday. The participants were a mix of professionals, medicos, software professionals, retired officers, homemakers, Yoga Instructors, Fire Department professionals, auto and cab drivers and others.
These 4th and 5th batches were organised as part of its community outreach initiative ‘Be a CPR Ambassador’. Under this initiative, it aims to train 1000 people this year. All these programs are organised for free.
The training program was conducted by Dr. G. Keshav Reddy and Mr. Suman T of GVK Green Health Services CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a vital first aid skill to use when someone’s heart stops beating or they stop breathing.
