Low Pressure Due To Cyclone, Rains In Telangana For Next Three Days

Hyderabad, Oct 25 (Maxim News): The low pressure area over the southeast Bay of Bengal has intensified into a depression. The depression is likely to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm in the next 24 hours. The severe cyclonic storm is likely to intensify into a cyclonic storm by Monday morning. It is likely to move northwestwards and intensify into a severe cyclonic storm by the 28th of this month. It is likely to cross the coast as a severe cyclonic storm near Kakinada on the 28th of this month. Strong gale force winds are likely to blow during the crossing of the severe cyclonic storm.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department officials have said that there is a possibility of rain in Telangana for the next three days. They said that there is a possibility of light to moderate rains accompanied by gusty winds. The Meteorological Department has warned that there is a possibility of heavy rains here and there in the northern and northeastern districts.

Yellow warnings have been issued for the southern Telangana districts of Khammam, Mahabubabad, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Mahabubnagar, and Nagar Kurnool.
