Malla Reddy Approaches High Court On The Land Grabbing Allegations
Hyderabad, Dec 19 (Maxim News): Former Minister and MLA Ch. Malla Reddy approached the High Court of Telangana on allegations of the 47 acres of land grabbing belonging to the Tribals.
Mallareddy asked the High Court to quash the case registered against him in Shameerpet. It is known that an atrocity case was registered against Mallareddy last week. A case has been registered against Mallareddy and 9 others on the allegation of encroachment of 47 acres of land.
the former minister stated in the petition that he was framed by the political party. Mallareddy’s petition will be heard in the High Court on Friday December 22. (Maxim News)
