According to the letter, the Telangana State Committee strongly opposed the arrest of unarmed Maoists near Kakar Buddi and Babji Pet villages. It stated that such actions go against the aspirations of the people. It also claimed that these arrests disturb the peaceful atmosphere prevailing in the state. Therefore, the committee urged the Congress government in Telangana not to support what it described as the Kagar war created by the fascist BJP.

Meanwhile, the letter appealed to other opposition parties and various associations. It called on them to take up agitations to ensure that peace continues in Telangana without such incidents. It further stated that the Maoist Party is calling for a movement to protect the peaceful atmosphere in the state. The committee criticised what it termed as efforts to make the region Maoist free by eliminating communist parties and ideologies in the country.

The statement also attacked the BJP over its political slogans and approach. It criticised the party for moving forward with slogans such as Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat, Ek Chunav, and Ek Party. It claimed these were part of a plan to weaken and eliminate all other parties in the country. The letter further alleged that institutions such as the Election Commission, courts, CBI, NIA, and other constitutional systems have been brought under control, which it said undermines parliamentary democracy. It cited the Bihar elections as the latest example.

Later, the letter focused on economic issues. It stated that the economic policies being pursued are only in the interests of corporations. It warned that the policies and laws being introduced are dangerous for the people, political parties, associations, and all sections of the country. Finally, the Telangana State Committee said that everyone should unite and fight against the RSS BJP. (Maxim News)
