Massive Theft In Two Houses: Allegations Against Police Performance
Hyderabad, oct 6 (Maxim News) Thieves have gone on a rampage in the city’s Chandanagar police station area. Last night, the assailants who broke into two houses committed a massive theft. In this context, a series of thefts are creating a stir in the Chandanagar police station area.
Not to mention the recent thefts at Khazana Jewellery and several temples. Recently, the assailants have robbed two locked houses. The assailants who broke into the house of a retired BHEL employee named Seetharama Murthy in Old MIG.. stole 18 tolas of gold, 60 tolas of silver and some cash.
The owner Rammurthy’s family went to visit the Sathya Sai Baba Trust on the 29th of last month. When they returned home on Sunday, they found that the house had been stolen. The victims immediately filed a complaint with the police.
Similarly, the house of Vijay Kumar, who is working as a head constable at Miyapur police station, in Railway Vihar was also robbed last Saturday night. The head constable complained to the police that 5 tolas of gold and 40 thousand rupees in cash had been stolen from the house.
Locals have been alleging that thefts have been happening due to the negligence of the Chandanagar police for some time now. The Chandanagar police have taken no action to prevent thefts.
There are already many allegations against the performance of the Chandanagar police. In this context, the recent large-scale thefts have become a big challenge for the police. (Maxim News)
