Hyderabad, July 16: GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi said that youth should be at the forefront of community service. Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi congratulated and honored the youths who were in a car that was being swept away by the flood water in Mushirabad Circle Jambhavi Nagar at the head office of GHMC and covered them with shawls.
