Minister Asks Elected Reps Of All Parties To Take Part In Action Plan Implementation
Hyderabad, Sept.18 (Maxim News): State Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Wednesday urged the public representatives cutting across party lines to take part in the ongoing 30 day action plan of the state government on panchayats development.
Replying to a question in the State Assembly, he said that they were taking all steps to help the farmers of the state. He also said that they had built tanks, and completed Kaleswaram lift irrigation project successfully for the welfare of the farmers. He said that they were going ahead with ambitions plans to build crematoria, grave yards, dumping Yards and plantation of trees, as part of their ongoing action plan.
He said that steps were afoot to equip all village panchayats with tractors. He also said that they would set up huge number of nurseries across the state. Rao said that they had equipped all the GPs with funds and added that there was no fund crunch in the village panchayats . (Maxim News)
