Minister Blasts Cong, Uttam For Failure To Develop Huzurnagar
Huzurnagar, Oct.15 (Maxim News): Minister for Women and child Welfare, Satyavathi Rathod has stated today that the Congress party and TPCC President Uttam Kumar Reddy had done nothing for the development of the State when in power and they are now making tall promises to Huzurnagar voters to lure them and win the by-election.
Addressing a series of meetings at Veekla naik thanda, Nakkagudem thanda, Erragunta and other places, Satyavathi said that as Minister and TPCC President Uttam Kumar had achieved anything in terms of peoples’ welfare and development of the district. As Housing Minister, Uttam had failed to provide house to the poor, while congress leaders were benefitted under the Housing programme. She alleged that Uttam Kumar family was running after power. Uttam had brought Padmavathi as Congress candidate in Huzurnagar, after she tasted defeat at Kodad in the general elections, she said.
The Minister urged the voters to think well before casting their vote. She appealed to the people to understand that if Congress wins the Huzurnagar seat, it will benefit only Uttam Kumar’s family and not the people. Stating that majority of people in the area are Girijans, Satyavathi Rathod stated that the Congress party, which was in a power for several years, head failed to achieve girijan development and their welfare. She said the TRS Government headed by KCR is wedded for the welfare of Girijans and women. (Maxim News)
