Minister KTR to Inaugurate 4 Link Roads Tomorrow
Hyderabad, June 27 (Maxim News): Industries Minister KT Rama Rao to inaugurate four link roads and to participate in some development programs in the twin cities on Monday.
The traffic problems caused by heavy traffic and congested roads. Now four roads are ready for opening by the minister as part of the first phase of the works. The government spent about Rs 27.43 cr to complete them. In the first phase 37 link roads are planned by spending Rs 317 cr in the city.
According to information the minister will start four new link roads to improve connectivity in the city on June 28. The HMDA, GHMC and officials of other wings made arrangements for the inauguration of these four roads. The government took up several link roads to ease off traffic problems and improve connectivity in the city. As many as 135 link roads stretching 126.20 km are planned to complete construction towards easing traffic problems in the city.
Of the roads planned by the officials four roads are ready at several locations and Rs 27.43 cr were spent to complete them. According to officials 37 link roads in the first phase will be coming up at a cost of Rs 317 cr in the city under strategic road development program. (Maxim News)
