Complaint Against MLA Danam Nagender For Demolishing GHMC Park Wall

In a case of removal of the security wall of the government land belonging to GHMC In Jubilee Hills Road No. 69, Nandagiri Hills, a case was registered against Danam Nagender as A3. Danam Nagender, who came to lay the foundation stone for many development works in the Himayat Nagar division, responded to the case registered against him.

MLA Danam Nagender said, Officials come and go. I am local and made comments, MLA Danam made comments saying that HYDRA Commissioner AV Ranganath doesn’t like the new post. That’s why they filed a case against me.  He said that he did not go there to cause trouble to the people in the Nandagiri Hills HUDA layout.

Danam clarified that he had brought the matter to the notice of IPS Ranganath.  Since Hyderabad is a cosmopolitan city, it is my responsibility as the public representative to provide facilities to people of all walks of life and solve their problems, Danam said.  I brought the matter of registration of case against me to Ranganth’s attention,  I am no stranger to cases,  In the past, cases were filed against me for opposing the government.  Privilege notices will be sent to the authorities on the Nandagiri Hills incident.  legal action will be taken against them.  

On 10th of this month, MLA Danam Nagender reached Nandagiri Hills  Gurubrahma Nagar in Jubilee Hills Division and provoked the encroachers.  Along with MLA Danam Nagender, the Jubilee Hills police was asked to take action against the encroachers.  Due to this, the police registered a case against him and others, he said.  (Maxim News)
