Now, the hearing of the MLAs facing allegations of party defection will end today (Thursday). It is known that the Supreme Court has become serious about the delay in the hearing of the case and has given a deadline of four weeks. In this context, the Assembly Speaker has decided to speed up the hearing. As part of this, four MLAs have been called for hearing today as part of the second phase of hearing. The hearing of the MLAs began in the morning. The Speaker heard the case of Pocharam Srinivas Reddy vs. Jagadish Reddy. The Speaker heard the oral arguments of both the parties. Similarly, the case of Arikepudi Gandhi vs. MLA Kalvakuntla Sanjay will be heard in the afternoon. With their hearing, the hearing of a total of eight MLAs will be completed.

On the other hand, MLA Danam Nagender has gone to Delhi. He will meet AICC leaders. Although the investigation into the defected MLAs is set to end today, Danam has not filed any affidavits yet. It seems that Danam feels that if he attends the investigation, he will be expelled. If he is expelled, he will have no chance to contest for six years. It is reported that Danam is inclined to resign in this regard. It seems that Danam will be in talks with party leaders about his situation if he resigns. (Maxim News)
