Hyderabad, Nov 23 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana held a hearing on the MLAs poaching case, today, the High Court ordered to issue 41 A Cr. PC notices to BL Santosh> WhatsApp says that notices had been served through this email. The Court ordered the government to file a counter with complete details and adjourned the hearing to November 30.
While Mahesh Jetmalani Advocate on behalf of the BJP made arguments, Advocate General BS Prasad made arguments on behalf of the government. BS Prasad said that the Supreme Court did not stay the investigation on this case, BL Santosh has been asked to cooperate with the investigation under 41A Cr.PC. But till now despite receiving ED notices, Santhosh is not cooperating with the investigation, the AG said to the Court. The AG said that if the SIT interrogates BL Santosh, the facts will come out, agreeing with AG’s arguments, the High Court ordered to give notices to Santhosh once again. (Maxim News)
