Movement Of Cows In Container: 15 Cows Died Due To Suffocation

Suryapet/Hyderabad, May 29 (Maxim News): Police have caught a gang that was moving cows illegally. They raided after getting definite information that they were being moved on the highway.

26 cows were caught in this raid, the cows were being transported in a container in Mattapalli, Matampalli mandal of Suryapet district. a total of 26 cows were found in the container. It was confirmed that 15 cows died due to suffocation. The police identified the cows as belonging to Gurjas of Palnadu. Nine cows were shifted to Nalgonda Goshala. Two cows were taken to hospital for treatment with broken legs.

Meanwhile, the matter of holding the cows came to light late, May 28, 2024, if the cows are caught on Tuesday, the matter came to light on May 29. Allegations are there that the police neglected the container containing the cows during settlement.

Locals are whispering that the police filed an FIR at 8 pm after the senior official said that the settlement could not be reached. Veterinarians conducting post-mortems on dead cows. The police said that they would register a case and investigate. (Maxim News)
