MP Komatireddy Venkat Denies Bandi Sanjay’s Claims
Hyderabad, Aug.4 (Maxim News): Congress party MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today responded to the claims of State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, who said that he was in touch with Sanjay, and denied the claims. He made it clear that he was never in touch with Bandi Sanjay.
Referring to his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Venkat Reddy said he had met with Modi to discuss about National Highway projects in his constituency and scam in coal mine tenders. He also responded on leaving the Congress party.
He said his decision would depend upon the developments after the acceptance of the resignation of his young brother Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy’s resignation from MLA post by the Speaker of the State assembly.
Reddy refused to comment on the claims of Bandi Sanjay that the BJP would win in Munugodu Assembly constituency by-elections and made it clear that Rajagopal Reddy had not yet resigned from his MLA post.
Speaking to media persons in Yadadri district, Bandi Sanjay claimed that MP Venkat Reddy was in touch with him and added that the veteran leader of the Congress party spoke in favour of Prime Minister Modi and the BJP. (Maxim News)
