Mukesh Ambani Meets Jagan On Investment In AP

Hyderabad, Feb.29 (Maxim News):Amaravati: Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani on Saturday called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy here. Mukesh Ambani was accompanied by Rajya Sabha MP Parimal Natvani during the visit. According to informed sources, YS Jagan and Ambani discussed about the possibilities of establishment of industries in the State. The two also reportedly discussed about politics. It is said that CM Jagan had primarily agreed to nominate Parimal, a close confidante of Mukesh Ambani from Andhra Pradesh State to Rajya Sabha. The term of Parimal is expiring in April this year. He was earlier sent to Rajya Sabha from Jharkhand on behalf of the BJP.

However, Ambani has reportedly decided to send him to Rajya Sabha from Andhra Pradesh. It was also reported that Union Home Minister Amit Shah held discussions on the issue with YS Jagan during the latter’s Delhi visit recently and readily agreed to do the favor. It was being rumored that the Reliance chairman called on Jagan only to thank him.(Maxim News)
