Nagam Janardhan Reddy Joins Congress

Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy, BJP national executive member and a former minister in the combined state, has decided to quit the BJP and join Congress.

Mr Reddy was closeted with followers of five mandals in the Nagarkurnool constituency on Thursday, after which he made up his mind to resign from the saffron party. Speaking to DC, Mr Reddy said he along with his son Shashidhar Reddy had sent their resignations to party national president Amit Shah. He further said that no decision was made yet on joining another political party.
