Hyderabad: A 19 year old NEET aspirant was found dead in an apartment in Miyapur on Saturday, with police suspecting that exam related stress may have played a role.
According to police, the teenager was staying with her sisters in an apartment under the Miyapur police station limits. She was found hanging in the flat on Saturday, and was later declared dead.
Police said a note was recovered from the scene in which the deceased reportedly stated that no one was responsible for her death. Officials said the contents of the note and other circumstances surrounding the case are being examined as part of the investigation.

A police official said preliminary findings suggest the student may have been under stress ahead of the NEET re examination scheduled for Sunday. However, investigators said all angles are being examined and the exact circumstances will be established after further inquiry.
The incident comes amid heightened anxiety among NEET aspirants following the controversy surrounding the medical entrance examination and the subsequent re test. Police have registered a case and taken up investigation.
