New Variety Of Rice Seeds Released That Will Yield A Crop In 120 Days
Nizamabad/Hyderabad, May 31 (Maxim News) New varieties were released under the auspices of the Rudrur Regional Sugarcane and Rice Research Institute.
Dr. Anjaiah, head of the research institute, spoke to reporters. He said that high profits can be obtained in sugarcane cultivation. He said that Rudrur Rice 1162, a short-duration variety, will be released in 2024.
He said that this variety is suitable for both seasons and is a very thin-seeded variety with a crop period of 120-125 days during the rainy season and 130 to 135 days during the dry season. Scientists Dr. Ramya, Dr. Rajkumar, Saicharan and others participated in the program. (Maxim News)
