Non-AC Electric Metro Buses On Three Routes In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, March 13 (Maxim News): Non-AC Green Metro Express buses will run on three routes in Greater Hyderabad. With 22 newly launched buses on Tuesday, the number of electric buses has reached 87. Officials are preparing a route map to ply new buses on Secunderabad-Manikonda, CBS-Patancheru and Kothi-Patancheruvu routes.

In view of the increasing number of electric buses, TSRTC is making arrangements to make EV charging stations available at every bus depot. 

The 12 meter long e-bus is not only 100 percent electric but also emits no emissions – It has the facility of seating capacity of 35 people – Front and rear air suspension – 225 km range on a single charge – 100 per cent charge with 3-4 hours of charging – One month rear view camera – Reverse parking assist camera – Fire alarm system – Vehicle tracking system – Seat side Cell charging facility – Public addressing system.
