Non-Bailable Warrant Issued Against Minister Konda Surekha On KTR Defamation Case

Hyderabad, Dec 12 (Maxim News): Telangana Endowments Minister Konda Surekha has been given a shock by the Nampally court. The Nampally Special Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Konda Surekha in the defamation case filed by BRS Working President and former Minister KTR.

The Nampally Special Court has adjourned the next hearing to February 5. It is reported that the police have been ordered to arrest Konda Surekha and produce her before the court. It is known that KTR had filed a petition in the Nampally People’s Representatives Court over the controversial comments made by Minister Konda Surekha that tarnished his reputation.

The petition stated that baseless allegations were made without any evidence and just for political gain. KTR urged the court to take criminal action under Section 356 of the IPC. (Maxim News)
