‘One Nation-One Election’ Only Due To The Fear Of Defeat: Revanth
Hyderabad, Sept 3 (Maxim News): Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, President and MP, Revanth Reddy criticized the BJP government as the center of playing drama on Jamili’s election (One Nation – One Election).
He alleged that the opinion polls that are coming have given anti-BJP results and that is why Prime Minister Narendra Modi is adopting the “One Nation-One Election policy out of fear of defeat. He said that the I N D I A alliance is against One Nation and One Election, and he said, that there are adverse conditions for the NDA in the parliamentary elections.
Revanth Reddy asked Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to spell out his party stand on the Center. He reminded me that KCR had earlier said that he was in favor of the Jamili elections. He said that KCR had written a letter to the Center in 2018 in favor of Jamili. He said that the Center is trying to influence the states by obstructing the elections. He said that the Center is trying to hold Jamilli elections to put democracy in danger. He said that there is a possibility that this Jamili election will become a Presidential-type election in the future.
He criticized that the Prime Minister did not say a single word about the Manipur incident in the Parliament. He did not pay attention to the Manipur riots. He said that the I N D I A alliance has questioned the government. Revanth said that the country is not safe under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. It is certain that the Congress government will come in Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan in the next elections. (Maxim News)
