Ongoing Attacks Between Israel And Iran: Nuclear Scientists Killed
Tehran/internet/Hyderabad, June 15 (Maxim News): Fierce attacks took place between Israel and Iran in the early hours of Sunday. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) recently carried out extensive attacks on the headquarters of the Iranian Defense Ministry and a nuclear project.
The Israeli Defence Forces announced that they had completed extensive attacks on targets in Tehran related to the Iranian government’s nuclear weapons program. The IDF said that their targets included a nuclear archive site hidden by Iran.
Iran said Israel had targeted Tehran’s Shahran Oil depot in an attack on its country. Iran partially halted production at the world’s largest gas field, South Pars, after the Israeli strike caused a fire. Air raid sirens rang out across Jerusalem and Tel Aviv after Iran launched attacks on Israeli cities. The Iranian military said it had targeted Israeli energy infrastructure and facilities for producing fighter jet fuel.
The new strikes came after the Israeli military launched ‘rising Lion’ and attacked Iranian nuclear and military sites. Israel said its strikes killed generals, senior scientists and experts from Iran’s nuclear program. Before the latest strikes, Iran’s UN ambassador said that 78 people had been killed and more than 320 people had been injured in the attacks. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Operation Rising Lion was launched to repel the threat posed by Iran to Israel’s survival. He made it clear that the operation would continue for as long as necessary until this threat is eliminated. (Maxim News)
