Outsourcing Conductors In RTC
Hyderabad, May 25 (Maxim News) RTC, which recently started recruiting drivers through outsourcing and contract methods, has now started working on recruiting conductors through the same method.
It has recently finalized guidelines for this. It is going to accept applications from those aged between 21 to 35 years, with 10th class or equivalent educational qualification.
Applications will have to be made through human resource supply companies. The consolidated monthly salary for those selected as conductors has been fixed at Rs. 17,969. the agency will have to pay a security deposit of Rs. 2 lakh.
RTC has announced that if there is any loss to the company in the performance of its duties, it will be recovered from this amount. It has been clarified that the Workmen’s Compensation Act will not apply to them. It has also been clarified that there will be no legal benefits like PF and ESI. (Maxim News)
