Hyderabad, Sept.22 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Sunday said the State government has immense faith in the people as they were saying that the TRS government was far better than the previous decades’ long Congress regime in the State.
Speaking in the Assembly, the Chief Minister said the entire people in the State stood by his party in the last Assembly elections. Referring to the remarks of CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka over the ensuing by-election at Huzurnagar Assembly constituency, KCR said the people of the constituency would give their verdict very soon. He made it clear that the TRS party was born on the basis of sacrifices and courageous acts.
The Chief Minister said they had to borrow loans for the development of the State and the whole world knows about the debts of the State and there was no reason to hide the facts about anything. On the affairs of the State Waqf Board, KCR said they would set them right very soon. He also pointed out that they had already passed a resolution in the House on providing 12 percent reservations to Muslims in the State. He also said they would not mind to pass another resolution on the issue in the House. On the Metro Rail issue, he said they would take steps to extend it to the old city. (Maxim News)
