Hyderabad, April 19: Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan after his recent surgery and wished him a speedy recovery.
The Prime Minister said he enquired about Kalyan’s health and expressed confidence in his recovery. He also shared his wishes through a post on X.
Pawan Kalyan Recovering After Surgery
Pawan Kalyan thanked the Prime Minister for his support and encouragement. He said the message gave him strength during recovery.
According to the Jana Sena Party, Kalyan underwent surgery on April 18 after experiencing discomfort a day earlier. Doctors conducted tests including an MRI before deciding on the procedure.
He has been advised rest for one to ten days before resuming official duties. However, doctors indicated that full recovery may take longer and require precautions.
Sources said the procedure was related to sinusitis and was performed at a hospital in Hyderabad.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu wished him a quick recovery. Governor S. Abdul Nazeer also extended his wishes for his health.
