Hyderabad, Sept 5 (Maxim News): It is known that students across the state are protesting demanding the immediate repeal of the 97 GO brought by the Congress government to eliminate the existence of polytechnic education. The students are demanding the immediate withdrawal of the Congress government’s move to merge polytechnic diploma courses with the Young India Skill University. The wave of protests by polytechnic students across the state, including Hyderabad, against Revanth Sarkar, is continuing.
On Saturday, polytechnic students took to the road at Sangeet Junction in Secunderabad to protest against the 97 G.O. brought by the Congress government. The police arrested the students who participated in the protest. A roundup is being done in the video related to this. KTR called the polytechnic students protesting at the Cantonment Sangeet Junction and assured them that he would support them. He once again assured them that he would fight for the polytechnic students until the Congress government repeals G.O. 97.
It is known that BRS Working President KTR has already stood by the students. On the other hand, BRSV leaders are participating in dharnas and protests in support of them. Public organizations and leaders of various political parties have warned the government that they will hold agitation programs together with the students if the 97 GO is not repealed. (Maxim News)
