Ponnam Lashed Out At BRS For Distorting Revanth’s Comments On Free Electricity

Hyderabad, July 11 (Maxim News) :  TPCC Working President and former MP, Ponnam Prabhakar has lashed out at the ruling BRS party leaders for distorting TPCC President, Revanth Reddy’s comments on free electricity.  He said Congress means farmers, farmers mean Congress.  He said that Congress is the only party in the country that has worked in favor of the farmers in the country. 

Responding to Revanth Reddy’s comments on free electricity for farmers creating a stir at the press conference, here today, Ponnam Prabhakar criticized that all the BRS Ministers are talking like village dogs.  he said that if Revanth talks about the corruption in the purchase of electricity, they are distorting it.  He challenged the BRS for the public debate on corruption in power purchase, he said whether BRS will conduct an inquiry with the sitting judge.  He said that BRS is in fear after seeing the increasing popularity of Congress.  

He said that the agenda of the Congress is to provide 24-hour electricity to the farmers. He reminded that Congress had announced that farmers would be given support prices for all crops.  He questioned the morals of the KCR government, which did not waive off loans, to talk about farmers.  Ponnam Prabhakar denied that the KCR government, which supported the anti-farmer laws brought by the Modi government, has the right to talk about the farmers.
