Raja Singh Warns To KTR On Comments Of Taking Action Against Police Officers
Hyderabad, Mar 25 (Maxim News): BJP MLA Raja Singh has given a warning to former minister and BRS working President K.Tarak Rama Rao (KTR).Responding to KTR’s comments that action will be taken against police officers, he warned KTR not to mess with the police department.
He pointed out that during the previous (obviously referring to BRS government) Revanth Reddy, was an MP, was arrested on the orders of the then minister KTR. He recalled that police entered into the bedroom of Revanth Reddy and arrested him and sent him to jail. However, even after Revanth Reddy became the CM, he said that Revanth Reddy did not do anything to those who arrested him at that time. But now KTR is saying that “We will take action against retired policemen even after we come to power‘. Raja singh gave a mass warning to the former minister saying that he should not mess with the police department.
Whoever is in power will act legally as they say. Has KTR forgotten that? He asked. He said that the police are filing many cases against BJP workers and sending them to jail. They have lathi-charged BJP workers. Raja Singh recalled that the PD Act was filed against him and he was also sent to jail. However, the shocking thing about this is that when the PD Act was filed against him and sent to jail, his own party leaders and some BJP leaders and officials stood in support of the police. He said that a police official himself told him this. He said that the police official that they are filing the PD Act against him, Your BJP people should also file it
However, after the BJP came to power in Telangana, he questioned the police officers and BJP leaders and officials who arrested him. He made sensational comments that even now, the officials of his own party are planning to stab him in the back. ‘When I was in jail, my brother was with me. Our workers stood by me. I think my brother is with me even today, but we don’t understand which side my brother is on, ‘ Rajasingh made comments. (Maxim News)
