New Delhi, Sept. 17: Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max in India with large batteries and AMOLED displays.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro starts at Rs 36,999, while the Pro Max starts at Rs 49,999.

The Redmi Note 17 Pro features a 6.83 inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It offers a 1280×2772 resolution and up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness.
The phone uses the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset and has a 50MP main camera with OIS.
It also gets an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 16MP front camera.
The device packs a 9,000mAh battery with 67W wired charging.
It also supports 22.5W reverse wired charging, while a 67W charger comes in the box.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro carries IP66, IP68 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
It also has SGS certification for drop resistance from heights of up to three metres onto smooth granite.
The phone runs Android 16 with HyperOS 3 and will receive four major Android updates.
It will also receive six years of security updates.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro comes in Purple Vibe, Cloud Blue and Stealth Black.
Its 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs 36,999.
The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs Rs 39,999. Sales begin on September 17.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max retains the same 6.83 inch display but gets upgraded hardware.
It features a 50MP main camera with a wider f/1.5 aperture and an 8MP ultrawide camera.
The phone also has a 32MP selfie camera and uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset.
It packs a larger 10,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 27W reverse charging.
The Pro Max also carries the same IP ratings and software update promise.
It comes in Stealth Black, Matcha Green and Secret Sunrise.
The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs Rs 49,999.
The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model is priced at Rs 55,999.
Sales of the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max will begin on September 23.
