Revanth Reddy Responds To KCR’s Remarks At BRS Silver Jubilee Celebrations
Hyderabad, April 28 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has responded to the remarks made by BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao during the BRS Silver Jubilee Celebrations held at Elkathurthi, Warangal.
Addressing the media, Revanth Reddy criticized KCR’s speech, describing it as “full of insults.” He alleged that KCR is “emptied the state treasury” and “blaming the current government” for ongoing issues.”People are losing trust in the government. KCR’s speech reflected insecurity and lacked clarity,” Revanth Reddy said.
He further dismissed claims of any differences between himself and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.”There is no truth to the rumors about a rift between Rahul Gandhi and me. Our relationship does not require public validation,” he added.
Revanth Reddy also accused KCR and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of altering their statements based on political needs. He emphasized that India needs strong leadership similar to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Later, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met senior Congress leader and former minister K. Jana Reddy at his residence in Hyderabad.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister announced the formation of a Peace Committee to initiate dialogue with Maoist groups. He stated that senior leaders, including Jana Reddy and Advisor K. Kesava Rao, will lead discussions within the party regarding the Maoist issue. (Maxim News)
