Revanth writes letter to CM KCR to do justice to martyred jawan Yadaiah’s family

Hyderabad, Sept.1 (NSS): TPCC chief and Congress MP A. Revanth Reddy today wrote an open letter to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and urged him to extend financial aid to the martyred Jawan Yadaiah’s family members. He alleged that the State government was showing negligence in extending help to the family members of the martyr.

Citing that the Chief Minister was going across the country and distributing money to the people of other States, he asked KCR to extend financial aid to the martyrs and farmers of the Telangana State first. Making it clear that the Congress party has total sympathies with the martyred soldiers and farmers’ families of the other States, Revanth said they were objecting the way the Chief Minister was extending financial aid to the people of the other States while ignoring the people of his own State.

Referring to the CM’s visit to Bihar, he claimed that the visit had clearly shown the strong desire of the CM to expand his presence to the national level instead of extending financial aid to the family members of the martyrs of Galwan valley. He claimed that the CM was using the family members of the martyred jawans for his own benefits. He asked the CM if he had not seen the son of the soil martyred Jawan M. Yadaiah, who is also a Dalit and the plight of his family members?

He told the Chief Minister that Yadaiah, who is a native of Kondareddypalle of Vangoor mandal of Mahbubnagar district, was martyred during an exchange of fire with terrorists in 2013 in Jammu & Kashmir. He told the CM that his daughter Kavitha paid a personal visit on the family members of Yadaiah and promised to give five acrres of land, house site and a government job to the eligible family members of the martyr.

Revanth Reddy told the CM that the promise made by Kavitha was not yet fulfilled even after nine years of making it. He demanded that the CM take immediate steps to help the family members of Yadaiah, including providing a government job to one of the family members. (NSS)
