Road is another link for traffic control at Durgancheruvu Cable Bridge: Commissioner

Hyderabad, September 19: GHMC has taken up preparations to make another link road available for traffic control at Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge. GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose inspected the site on Tuesday as the NCC company came forward to build this link road using CSR method.

A link road will be constructed from the main gate of Durgam Pond to the cable bridge towards T.SAT via foot path. This road will replace the cable bridge road. Those going to Madhapur, Jubilee Hills Road No. 36 can go through this road without any traffic disruption. The commissioner ordered the concerned officials to complete the land acquisition for the construction of this road quickly and to shift the utility elsewhere immediately. Utility shifting has been directed to start the works immediately after completing the land acquisition process.

Zonal Commissioner Srinivas Reddy, SE Shankar Naik, Zonal City Planner Mallikarjun, Serilingampally ACP Mehra and others participated in this program.
