Along with Mind Spark in Kondapur, the managers set up another company in Madhapur called Fidiction and collected lakhs of money from unemployed people. They collected around Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 2 lakhs from each unemployed person. In this way, around 80 to 100 victims lost lakhs. With this, the victims who had filed a complaint with the Madhapur PS against the company’s mentor Srikanth Joshi and Dilip Shiva Reddy, staged a protest near Capital Park in Madhapur. Such incidents have become common in the IT hub of Hyderabad. Fraudulent companies targeting the unemployed and freshers in the name of jobs are springing up everywhere. They are operating covertly and are targeting and deceiving the youth who come to the city with a passion for software jobs.

Young people who come to the city with the hopes of getting an IT job are easily falling for fake companies. While most software companies in the city operate from rental workstations and apartments, experts believe that 90 percent of such companies are fake. Some companies recruit candidates on the pretext of a project, take a certain amount as a deposit, and delay training and other aspects, forcing the candidate to leave the job on his own.  (Maxim News)
