Hyderabad, Sept 16 (Maxim News): A huge amount of ganja was seized in Hyderabad once again. Excise STF (Special Task Force) officials arrested two people who were illegally transporting ganja. They were found to be selling ganja in a hotel near Kondapur Government Hospital.
STF officials said that the accused were selling ganja in small packets in the hotel. The officials who arrested Dheeraj Das (39) and Rabali Ali (25) from Assam.. seized 17.1 kg of ganja worth Rs. 9 lakh from them.
Investigation revealed that both of them had previously worked as security guards in Hyderabad. The excise investigation revealed that they had turned to selling ganja due to insufficient salary. It was found that ganja was being brought from Assam and sold in Hyderabad. Then the STF officials handed over both the accused to the Kondapur Excise Police. (Maxim News)
