Security Men Stop TDP Legislators At Assembly Gate: Naidu
Amaravati, Dec.12 (Maxim News): TDP national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu today alleged that the police officials behaved rudely and in insulting manner with his party MLAs and MLCs when they tried to enter the Assembly to attend the session.
Speaking to mediapersons, Chandrababu Naidu demanded that the State government take action against the erring police officials, who misbehaved with their party’s public representatives. He also alleged that the police officers were not allowing them to carry placards and any other document into the Assembly premises. He reminded that the YSRCP MLAs had even brought placards inside the Assembly hall during their party’s rule. He made it clear to the Chief Minister that he would not allow the State government to turn the Assembly into their family bastion Pulivendula.
Earlier, Chandrababu Naidu had a bitter experience at the Assembly gate where the security officials did not allow Naidu and his party legislators inside the Assembly premises as they were carrying placards on failures of the State government. Although the TDP legislators told the security personnel that they would take the placards to their TDLP office, the police did not allow them.
This has prompted the TDP leaders to stage dharna in front of the Assembly gate. Naidu told the media that the State was witnessing rule by a “psycho”. He alleged that the police were misbehaving with even the female public representatives of his party. He also said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was indulging in vendetta politics. Naidu also alleged that his party leaders were not even allowed to take documents and other papers to their legislature party office by the police.(Maxim News)
