Seven Arrested—Creation Of Fake Land Documents

Hyderabad, Feb.28 (Maxim News): The sleuths of SOT Bhongir and Choutuppal busted fraudster gang and arrested seven members who created fraudulent documents pertaining to open plots in around Tupranpet Village of Choutuppal Mandal particularly in Green City Venture by way of impersonation and causing loss to the real plot owners and seized six fraudulent sale deed documents that pertains to seven plots admeasuring 1600 sq. yards, net cash Rs.7 lakhs and two cars from their possession.

The case pertains to Choutuppal PS wherein Niranjan Goud, TRS Mandal President of Tupranpet of Choutuppal Mandal lodged a complaint against the seven accused regarding fraudulent transactions made in his favour by using fake/purported documents in dubious way.

The accused are: Paridham Sekhar, Occ. Real Estate broker R/o Vanasthalipuram; Anugu Madhavreddy, Real broker R/o Bhagyalatha, Vanasthalipuram N/o Tupranpet, Choutuppalmandal; Yelma Ramalingeswar reddy, Occ. Owner of Andolumatha wine shop r/o Khaithapuram(v), Choutuppal Mandal; Anugu Jayapal reddy, Occ. Real Estate broker r/o Thupranpet; Paridham Suresh, Occ: Real Estate broker R/o Vanasthalipuram; Pedapudi Naresh R/o 6-21, Pedapudi, Tenali Guntur district who created fake ID Proofs in respect of original plot owners; Akula Srikanth, Occ: Document writer at Choutuppal R/O S.Lingotam (V).

The accused got well knowledge about the plots of Green City Venture and other ventures in around Thupranpet village.(Maxim News)
