Seven surgeries performed on Madhulika, condition stable, say doctors
Hyderabad, Feb.8 (Maxim News): Doctors of Yashoda hospital on Friday released a health bulletin about the health condition of Intermediate student 17-year-old Madhulika, who sustained multiple injuries in the attack by her locality youth Bharat two days ago. They said the condition of the minor girl has improved now after performing seven-hour long surgery on her.
The doctors also said Madhulika has not only opened her eyes but also talking to her visitors and family members. Hospital CEO Vijay Kumar said they would keep Madhulika on ventilator for the next 48 hours. He said a team of seven doctors performed four surgeries on the badly injured girl. He said her health condition remained stable now after injecting 28 units of blood to perform the surgeries.
Neuro-surgeon Dr Srinivas said they removed a fractured bone from her hind head. Plastic surgeon Dr Chandramouli said they stitched severed muscles of Madhulika by performing surgeries. (Maxim News)
