Severe Thunderstorms in Telangana Likely, Yellow Alert For Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The India Meteorological Department (IMD), Hyderabad, has issued a warning for severe thunderstorms, lightning, and squalls across several districts of Telangana on April 18 and 19.

In addition to the official forecast, popular weather enthusiast T. Balaji, known for his accurate predictions, has also warned of heavy thunderstorms and hailstorms expected in east, west, and central Telangana on Friday afternoon and into the night.

Yellow Alert Issued Across Telangana

The IMD has placed the state under a yellow alert until Saturday, advising residents to remain cautious and stay updated with weather advisories.

With both the IMD and T. Balaji forecasting similar conditions, residents are advised to plan their travel and outdoor activities accordingly.

Weather Forecast for Hyderabad

For the city of Hyderabad, the IMD has predicted partly cloudy skies until April 21, along with hazy conditions during morning hours through Monday.

T. Balaji also mentioned the likelihood of scattered intense thunderstorms and isolated hail in Hyderabad during the evening and night hours.
